Maddie’s Musts January‘24

I hope your 2024 is off to an amazing start! 💕 I’m feeling very bittersweet emotions as January is my last full month of maternity leave! I have soooo missed working with my clients 1:1 during this time (I seriously love what I do), but I won’t lie… nothing can beat soaking up all the baby snuggles with my girl. ☺️ But I’m excited to find my new “normal” in February and fully get back to my community!

Things that I am oBsEsSeD w/ right now:

FOOD

Bone Broth… aka Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

My fave bone broth = Kettle & Fire 🙌🏻There’s no other brand that I’ve found that can beat the taste & quality! 

If you didn’t already know, bone broth supports natural collagen production (not only great for your hair, skin, nails, and joints, but your gut lining too!), boosts immunity, and aids in digestion. 

It’s a nutrient POWER HOUSE, and I’ve been making bone broth hot chocolate EVERY single morning for weeks (months actually…).

At home massages: I discovered the Zeel app during pregnancy and I haven’t stopped using it since. 😏 It’s an app for at-home massages! 

Just choose when you want your massage and they will match you with a professional. 

Depending on your location, you can typically book them within an hour of making the appointment! 

It’s soooo nice and honestly not that much more expensive than a regular massage. I’ve personally had a great experience every time. 

You can get swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, postnatal, etc.

  • I shared about this forehead mask on my stories the other day and my DM’s blew up!   • And ever since Christmas I’ve been dreaming of and craving the best PB/Chocolate Cookies. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan friendly. They’re super low in refined sugar too, so a great blood sugar balancing dessert option. Here is my recipe!

You know my clothes gotta be postpartum friendly right now. 😉

I’ve been binging episodes from the Dr. Gabrielle Lyon Show for all things high protein, healthy body composition, + longevity! 

She is so empowering to listen to and always shares educational content for both physical and mental health. 💕
