FAQ’S

  • The GI Map stool test is included in the price of the program. ($500 value)

  • No – it’s a healing program. However, losing excess weight is a side-effect of becoming healthier :) but this program will also support you in gaining healthy weight, if that is your goal!

  • Yes! We have had a mix of the following: women on birth control who want to get off, women on birth control who are not ready to get off/not in a rush to, women who are trying to conceive/some dealing with infertility and wanting to get healthy, women who are interested in fertility awareness method to prevent pregnancy naturally.

  • All sessions will be recorded and shared with you afterwards so that you can refer back to them and/or watch at a later time.

  • There will be a group chat, video calls, and time dedicated to answering your questions (both in the chat and on the video calls) for everyone to learn and benefit from. Because this is a group program and not a 1:1 program, I will not be communicating directly with you 1:1 and answering personal questions (although many Q&A sessions will cover 1:1 questions naturally and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions during group sessions!). You will also get a customized/personalized protocol + interpretation of your test results, so there is a lot of 1:1 support built in. You can always add on individual sessions at a discounted price after the group program ends to work on any lingering personal needs.

  • The MHM group program is for women only because there is quite a bit of period/female hormone and personal talk. I take male clients for 1:1 coaching, though!

  • Yes! There are options for us to order functional testing in most countries. Please email us at hello@maddhealthy.com if you want to double check.

  • For additional support (only if needed/wanted!) MaddHealthy+ is our low cost alumni program that provides continued community support, discounted re-testing, single sessions + more.

  • You can, however most of the MHM program is built around eating high quality animal protein for optimal health. We will provide you with options if you are going to continue your vegan or vegetarian diet, but we will also educate you on the benefits of including high quality animal products into your diet as most of our clients (100’s) feel their best and have more optimal lab work when high quality animal protein is included in their lifestyle. We will support you either way and make sure you are fairly educated!

“This program really has taught me that everything I eat and surround myself with be it people, products and environment all effect my health. I had felt overwhelmed with how to approach feeling better and Maddie laid it out in such an easy to understand, doable way and provided encouragement and positive reinforcement.

The focus was on small changes and sustainability so I could be successful and with that the overwhelmed feelings disappeared and empowerment was what I felt. She gave me the tools to learn how to start healing myself. I was able to lower and stabilize my blood sugar. I lowered my A1c from 7.1 to 6.3 and as a diabetic this is HUGE.
